Return Policy

Change of Mind? Returning item is Easy! If you are looking to return your order due to change of mind, we are here to help!

You may request to initiate return within 7 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s). We will return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please follow the steps and the rules to our change-of-mind return policy:

Step 1: Check first before initiate a change-of-mind return

  • Return initiate time window: 7 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s).
  • Return item(s) conditions:
    • Returned items must still have tags and labels on and be returned in original condition and original packaging in a sellable condition together with proof of purchase. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and unworn. 
    • For all returns, you will need to include any of the followings that came together with your item(s): free gift, warranties, tags, manual and any other accessories etc.
  • Items which are not eligible for return:
    • Furniture (bed, desk, bedside table, table, chair, wardrobe, bookcase, shelf etc.) and bulk order (Gross motor play gym etc.)
    • Used products
    • Discounted products/sale items
    • Pre-order items are final and cannot be returned.
    • Products that are stated as shipped "from a separate location" stated on our website

Step 2: Before returning your item, please fill up <Return/Exchange/Refund Request Form> and email us at support@littlejoyspace.com. Please also attach invoice and any product and outer packaging photos or videos in your email as evidence to support your claim.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Step 3: We will first screen your Return/Exchange/Refund Request Form. You will be notified by email if your return request is accepted. If it does meet our return/exchange conditions, we will notify our third-party courier partner or our service team to collect your item(s).

Step 4: Physical Inspection
After we receive your item(s), we will inspect the item(s) physically and will notify you via email once we complete inspection of your returned item(s), and let you know if the refund is approved or not.

Step 5: Refund

  • If your return is received and accepted, we will process to refund the value of the returned item(s) minus the applicable return pick up shipping cost. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • If you return an item that does not meet the above requirements for returns or outside the 7-day time window, we reserve the right to reject the return and any request for a refund. You should bear the applicable return pick up shipping cost and subsequent re-shipping cost.

      Exchange Policy

      Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
      Please follow the steps and the rules to our exchange policy:

      Step 1: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to request an exchange.

      • Damaged or defective items refer to damage to the product (not packaging) that is discovered on receipt. We take extra care to pack and deliver your orders so that the products arrive at the destination safely. Damages to items do sometimes occur to the packaging especially in transit and this does not constitute a defect.
      • Slight colour discrepancies resulting from difference in computer or mobile screen resolution does not amount to defect in product
      • Damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, and incorrect self-assembly and products damaged after leaving the store will not be exchanged or refunded.

      • Damaged or defective items do not have to be returned in their original packaging, but must be packaged appropriately to avoid damage during the return shipping process.
      • You will need to include any of the followings that came together with your item(s): free gift, warranties, tags, manual and any other accessories etc.

      Step 4: Physical item(s) inspection

      After we receive your item(s), we will inspect the item(s) physically and will notify you via email once we complete inspection of your returned item(s), and let you know if the exchange is approved or not.
       
      Step 5: Refund

      • if deemed damaged or defective in the manufacture, we will offer you a free exchange if the item:
        • Is shipped to an address in Singapore
        • Is still in stock and
        • Is exactly the same product that you ordered. For example, variations in size, colour, etc.
        • If the item is not currently in stock, we will refund to your original payment method.
      • If the item is assessed and is not deemed damaged in the manufacture or outside the 7 calendar day time window, we reserve the right to reject the exchange return and any request for a refund. We will return the item(s) to you and require you to pay all applicable shipping costs (including but not limited to return pick up shipping charges and subsequent delivery charges). We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.

        Refund Policy

        We will notify you via email once we receive and complete inspection of your returned item(s), and let you know if the return/exchange/refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please understand that it can take extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
        Shipping Costs and Discount Refunds
        • If the reason for return is the result of our error or a damaged/defective item, no return pick up shipping cost or subsequent re-shipping cost will be deducted from your exchange or refund.
        • If the reason for return is not the result of our error or a damaged/defective item, a return pick up shipping cost or subsequent re-shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
        • If your order value falls below S$80 after the return of the item, your entire order will no longer enjoy free shipping. You will be charged a shipping fee for the original shipping.
        • Related shipping cost:
          • Return pick up shipping cost:S$7.5 for small parcel;S$15 for large parcel
          • Subsequent re-shipping cost:S$5 for small parcel;S$15 for large parcel
          • Note: Small parcel: Parcels have a max. weight of 10kg, or up to 120cm; Large parcel: Parcels have a max. weight of 30kg, or up to 300cm.
        • If you used a promo code for your order, we will prorate the discount applied to the item when the return is processed.
