Shipping Policy

At Little Joy Space, your shopping experience matters to us and we aim to provide the best and a seamless shopping experience to you. We take extra care to pack and deliver your orders so that the products arrive at their destinations safely.

1. Shipping Cost

Orders<= S$80 S$5 for small parcel
S$15 for large parcel
Orders> S$80 Free!

 Note:(1)Small parcel: Parcels have a max. weight of 10kg, or up to 120cm; Large parcel: Parcels have a max. weight of 30kg, or up to 300cm.(2)Surcharge : A S$15 surcharge may apply to certain delivery locations in Singapore (e.g. residential areas in Sentosa).(3)Restriction area: There are a few restricted areas in Singapore to which we cannot deliver to (e.g. Pulau Ubin, Jurong Island etc.)

 

2. Unsuccessful deliveries

For Singapore orders, in cases of unsuccessful deliveries,the order will be returned to us. Under such cases, a redelivery fee ($5 for small parcel and $15 for large parcel) will be charged to resend the order.

 

3. Order Processing Time & Delivery Time

  • Order Processing Time: Most of our products are readily stocked in Singapore and are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Howerver, for pre-order products or products that are stated as shipped "from a separate location" stated on our website may take longer processing time.
  • Average Delivery Time: Delivery of our products is provided by a third-party courier partner. The standard delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.

Order processing time and delivery time may be impacted by factors such as high peak order periods, shipping constraints, etc. Please allow extra working days for processing time on parcel package and delivery orders due to high peak of orders. We seek your understanding in such circumstances. Please be assured that we will use every effort to delivery your order on time.

Note:(1) Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays. (2)We will not be liable for any negligence or misconduct of  delivery personnel.
